1. Introduction
By approving the service quote provided, the customer agrees to all Terms and Conditions outlined in this document. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern all services provided by Wasted Space Junk Removal LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By scheduling, purchasing, or using our junk removal or related services ("Services"), the customer (Customer," "you" or "your") agrees to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Services.

2. Scope of Services
We provide junk removal, debris hauling, property cleanouts, and related services for residental and commercial clients. The specific scope, pricing, and details of each service will be communicated during the booking or quoting process. We reserve the right to decline service requests that are unsafe, unlawful, or outside our operational limits.

3. Scheduling and Access Requirements
A standard $50 trip fee will be charged if we arrive and cannot complete the job due to lack of access, customer no show, or other preventable conditions. Service appointments include a timeframe window, and arrival may occur at any point within that window based on traffic, weather, and prior job duration. Customers must provide safe and reasonable access to all materials designated for removal.

4. Pricing and Payment
Additional fees may apply for certain items requiring special handling or disposal, including but not limited to tires, gun safes, drywall, mattresses, pianos, excessive heavy material, batteries, and similar materials.

4.1 Pricing
Pricing may be determined by volume, weight, labor, difficulty, special handling requirements, or other factors. Final pricing will be confirmed before the service begins.

4.2 Payment Terms
Payment is due in full at the end of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, debit/credit cards, and approved digital payment methods. Chargebacks or returned payments may result in additional fees.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Customers may cancel or reschedule with reasonable notice. Appointments cancelled within 2 hours may incur a cancellation fee.

6. Prohibited and Restricted Items
For safety and legal compliance, we may refuse to remove or handle: - Hazardous chemicals or liquids - Biohazards or medical waste - Explosives, ammunition or firearms - Asbestos-containing materials - Items restricted by state, federal, or local laws. If such materials are discovered during service, we reserve the right to cease work and charge additional handling or hazard fees, or refuse to take the material.

7. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to: - Provide accurate descriptions of items and service needs - Ensure safe working conditions - Inform us of fragile, structurally unsound, or sensitive areas - Obtain all necessary permissions when working on shared or rental property. We are not responsible for damage caused by undisclosed hazards, poor construction, or unsafe conditions beyond our control. It is the customers responsibility to ensure the safety of all children and pets while work is being performed.

8. Liability and Damages
While we take extensive measures to avoid property damage: - We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. - Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in question. Customers must report any alleged damage within 24 hours of service completion.

8.1 Surface Damage Disclaimer
Wasted Space Junk Removal LLC is not responsible for any damage to driveways, landscaping, lawns, or surrounding property caused by the weight of items, equipment, or neccessary paths used to reach the materials being removed.

9. Item Ownership and Disposal Rights
By authorizing removal, you confirm you have full legal rights to dispose of the items. Once removed, all items become property of Wasted Space Junk Removal LLC, and we may recycle, donate, resell, or dispose of them at our descretion. We do not guarantee acceptance by donation centers or recycling facilities.

10. Service Refusal
We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer who: - Creates unsafe working conditions - Engages in abusive or threatening behavior - Requests unlawful disposal or removal activites.

11. Changes to Terms
We may update or modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be made available upon request and will apply to future services.

12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
